Sea Level works with clients and the public, as needed, to develop cultural resource management, archaeological monitoring, and preservation plans.  We also develop mitigation, easement, and memorandum agreements.


City and Borough of Sitka

  • Sitka Historic Preservation Plan – Sea Level contracted with the City and Borough of Sitka to draft a historic preservation plan that helped the community to define their preservation needs and goals.

Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities – Various road projects incorporating Tlingit placenames.  Research was conducted in consultation with Elders of the Cultural Committee of the Sitka Tribe of Alaska.
